Q. How long do I have to get insurance on my auto?
A. According to Idaho state law, all new vehicles or their drivers must be insured by the first time you drive the vehicle. If this is not the driver’s first car, than the same coverages and limits from their previous car will extend to the new car for 14 days.
Q. What is the difference between Collision and Comprehensive Coverages?
A. Collision coverage will cover only damage to your vehicle in an accident, in which your car hits another car, building, or another permanently fixed object (i.e. a tree/fence) and you are to blame. Comprehensive Coverages covers all damage to your vehicle in which an accident doesn't’t take place, such as theft or fire.
Q. Is it true a higher deductible will lower my premium?
A. Yes, but depending on the policy the difference in premium can be a slight or large deduction.
Q. What is Broad form coverage?
A. This is a policy that insures you and not your vehicle. Generally, it only provides liability and will cover you, no matter which car you drive. Though if you drive a vehicle that belongs to another and that vehicle is insured, that insurance is the primary insurance and will cover damages first

A. A Protection Class is a ranking the state assigns to every physical address in relation to the nearest fully staffed fire station and fire hydrant.
